Sri Sai Home Made

Sri Sai Home Made is located at 502, Main Road in Manchenahalli. It’s a small, local setup, much like the name suggests. We don't operate out of a big factory or a warehouse. Most of the work is done right here in our small premises. Being on the Main Road, we see a lot of people passing by every day. It’s a busy little stretch, but we just focus on what’s happening inside. Our days are spent preparing ingredients and cooking things up. It’s mostly just family and a few helpers. We don't have a bunch of high-tech machines, just the normal stuff you’d find in a kitchen, only a bit bigger. The space is simple and functional. Sometimes it gets a bit hot with the stoves going, but that’s part of the job. We've been in Manchenahalli for a while and the locals know our spot. We don't do much in the way of advertising or fancy business plans. We just wake up, see what needs to be made for the day, and get to it. It’s honest, manual work. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure everything is ready for the next batch. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of it. The sun sets right behind the building in the evening, which is when we usually start winding down.
