Our business is located in Molakalmuru, which is in the Chitradurga district of Karnataka. We are at No. 73/4 in Doddapet, right near the Pandurangaswamy Temple. It’s a well-known spot in the town, so people don't usually have trouble finding our office. We are an LLP that focuses on construction work in this specific region. Being away from the massive cities like Bangalore means we have to be a bit more self-reliant. We can't always just run out and get specific parts or materials at a moment's notice. We spend a good amount of time planning our supplies and making sure everything is ready for the work crews before they start. The office is a simple place where we keep our records and meet with local people who want to build a house or a small shop. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our work comes from people who know us personally or have seen our other buildings in the area. It is a lot of outdoor work, and the sun here can be quite strong, so we try to get a very early start each morning. We aren't trying to be the biggest construction firm in the state. We just want to do honest work that stands up over time. It’s a quiet life here, but the construction business keeps us plenty busy.
