We are located at Maheswara Nilaya in the Neelakanteswara Extension over in Chitradurga. It is a pretty standard spot for a branch like ours. The building is solid, and we have made ourselves at home here. Chitradurga has its own pace, and we fit right into it. The office is not anything you would see in a magazine; it is just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend a lot of time looking at site drawings and talking to contractors. Since it is an extension area, it is relatively easy to get to without too much city chaos. There is a certain routine here that keeps everything running. We do not go in for fancy presentations or over-the-top meetings. Most of our talk happens over a quick cup of coffee or while standing around a table. The heat in this part of Karnataka can be something else, so we keep the windows shut when the sun is high. It is an honest place to work. We have people coming in and out all day, mostly staff heading out to different sites. It is not very formal, but we stay busy. Being part of the Neelakanteswara neighborhood means we see the same faces every day. It feels like a local shop more than a big company headquarters, and that is fine by us. We just focus on the job at hand every single day.
