Project Paper Planes Foundation

Project Paper Planes Foundation is located at 411. We are on the 4th Main, specifically at the 4th Cross on what people call Ramaswamy Iynger Road in Hemavathi Nagara. It’s a residential area, so the office feels more like a house than a place of business. We like it that way. The name Project Paper Planes sounds a bit whimsical, but we take the work seriously enough. We have a small team and most of us have been together since the start. There’s no dress code here, so you’ll usually find us in jeans and t-shirts. The office is filled with actual paper, ironically enough, despite the digital age. We have stacks of documents on almost every flat surface. Hemavathi Nagara is a nice place to be, with a few trees still lining the streets. The 4th Cross can get a bit congested when people park their cars on both sides of the narrow road. We spend a lot of time on the phone and coordinating different bits of the foundation's activities. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a full day. We don't have a big budget for fancy decor, so we’ve got some mismatched chairs and a table that wobbles if you lean on it too hard. It’s our space and it works for us. We just keep plugging away at whatever the day brings. Most evenings, we just lock up the place and head out as the street lights finally come on.
