Green Planet Resort

If you take the Kalasa- Kudremukh Road, you will find Green Planet Resort at Kargadde in Mudigere. We are tucked away in a very green area. It is quiet here, which is what most people are looking for when they visit. We have some rooms and some outdoor space for guests. It isn't a luxury resort with gold taps or fancy rugs, but it’s comfortable enough for a few days. We spend a lot of time outside looking after the plants and the grounds. The air is fresh because we are away from the big cities and the traffic. Mudigere is a beautiful part of the country. We run this place with a small team of local people. Sometimes the road gets a bit rough during the rainy season, but that's just how it is in the hills. We focus on giving people a simple place to stay without any complicated rules. We just think guests should respect the nature around them while they are here. People come here to walk on the trails or just sit and look at the trees. We handle the cooking and the cleaning ourselves mostly. It’s a lot of work to keep a resort going in the middle of all this greenery. We just enjoy living here and sharing the space with whoever stops by for a while. It is a peaceful life and we like it.
