Ms Coffee

We are up here in Chimagalur which is known for its greenery and the hills but our operation is quite modest compared to the big estates. Ms Coffee is just a local outfit that has been around the area for a bit. Living and working here means you are always surrounded by the coffee culture and it is hard not to let it get into your blood. Our daily routine involves a lot of manual labor and checking on the crops or the processed beans depending on the time of year. The weather here can be a bit unpredictable with the mist and the rain but it is what makes the coffee what it is. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that just a basic setup where we handle our business. Most of us grew up around here so we know the land and the plants pretty well. It is a quiet life for the most part except when it is harvest time and everyone is working double shifts to get everything sorted. We do not spend much on advertising or anything because word of mouth in a small place like this is usually enough. People know where to find us if they need something. It is just about doing a decent job and making sure the quality is okay before it goes out. It is a slow and steady process.
