You can find us at Shop No- 7 in the Rahmath Complex on Mallandur Road. It’s a busy little complex, and there’s always people shouting or motorbikes revving their engines outside. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we stack everything. It gets a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in, and we’re all tripping over sacks of coffee. We don't mind it though. Mallandur Road is a good place to be because there’s always something happening. We spend our time roasting and packing, and the smell usually drifts out into the hallway of the complex. The other shop owners sometimes complain about the noise of our machines, but we’re all friends. We’ve got an old counter where we do most of our paperwork, and it’s covered in coffee stains from years of use. We don't see any point in getting a new one. The walls have some old calendars and notes tacked up. It’s a real working shop, not a showroom. We aren't here to look pretty; we’re here to get the coffee ready for the people who want it. Sometimes we run out of space and have to keep things in the back of a truck for a day. It’s just the reality of running a small business in a busy town. We just take it one day at a time.
