We are located right across from the Head Post Office Road in Chitradurga. It’s the local DTDC office where we handle all sorts of courier and cargo work. Being so close to the post office makes it a busy spot most days. People are always coming and going. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and scales for the packages. It gets a bit dusty with all the boxes being moved around, but we try to keep it tidy enough. The branch manager stays in the back room dealing with the paperwork while the rest of us are out front. We’ve been at this 577501 address for quite a while now. Some days the internet works great and other days we have to wait for the system to load. That’s just how it is. We spend a lot of time taping up boxes and writing out addresses on labels. It’s a lot of manual work. People from around the neighborhood stop in to send things to their families or for their small businesses. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the parcels get on the right trucks every evening. The traffic on the road outside can be loud in the afternoons, but we just keep working through it. We handle the cargo as it comes in and try to get it sorted before the day ends for the truck pickup. This is just our daily routine.
