We’re located at 153, N.S.C. Bose Road, inside the Balaji Complex. It’s a crowded area, but it’s where all the action is. Dhairya Lakshmi Jewellers is a small shop, and we like it that way. We don't have those massive glass displays you see in the malls. Instead, we have a more personal setup where we can actually talk to the people who walk in. Most of our customers are locals who are looking for something for a wedding or a gift. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and making sure the gold looks nice. It’s a family kind of place. We don’t have a big team of sales people in suits. Usually, it’s just us and maybe a relative helping out. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded during the festival season, and it can feel a little tight in here, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some luxury brand that nobody can afford. We just sell jewelry that people like to wear. We’ve seen kids grow up and come back to buy their own rings. That’s the nice part of being on N.S.C. Bose Road for so long. We keep our prices fair and we don't do any of those high-pressure sales tactics. It’s just a shop where you can look at some nice pieces and have a chat. We’re just regular people selling pretty things.
