Niwara Multitrade Pvt. Ltd.

We are set up in the Matru Chhaya Building, specifically in units 5, 6, and 7. This is over at Bahadur Shaikh Naka in Chiplun, part of the Ratnagiri district. It’s a good location for us. Niwara Multitrade Pvt. Ltd. is basically a bunch of us working together to keep things moving. We handle a bit of everything since we’re a multitrade setup. The building itself is well-known around here, which helps when we're giving directions. Chiplun can get quite rainy, and we’ve seen some big storms from our windows. During those times, we just stay inside and keep working. The units we have are filled with different things depending on what’s going on that week. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of slogans on the walls. It’s just a place of business. We’ve been in Ratnagiri for a while and have seen the town change a bit, but Bahadur Shaikh Naka stays pretty busy. Most of our day is spent on the phone or dealing with local suppliers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far in Matru Chhaya. Sometimes the elevators act up, but we just take the stairs and keep going with our day.
