Exports Universal

Exports Universal is based out here in Venkata Giri Kota. If you know the 1/163 address, you know we aren't in the middle of a big city skyscraper. We are more of a local operation. We deal with sending things out to different places, mostly stuff that comes from around this region. It’s a lot of manual tracking and making sure the crates are packed right. The office is pretty simple, just some chairs and a big table where we spread out the manifests. We don't use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and a ledger work just as well for keeping things straight. The weather can be a factor here, especially when we're waiting on trucks to arrive. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how things are moved over the years, but the basic idea stays the same. You get a request, you find the goods, and you send them off. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It’s just us answering the phone and making sure the local producers get their items to the right port. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, but that’s just part of the job. It’s honest work and we like the people we work with in the community. Not much more to say than that. We just keep our doors open and handle what comes our way every single week.
