Sai Sarees

We are located at H No 48-532/3/1 in Ganesh Nagar, over in the Chintal area. It’s a busy neighborhood with lots of people walking by all day. Our shop is filled with stacks of fabric and sarees piled up on the shelves. It gets a bit crowded inside when more than two or three people are looking at things at the same time. We spend our time folding and unfolding different patterns to show whoever comes in. There is always a bit of thread on the floor and the smell of new cloth in the air. We don't have a big fancy display window, just the door that stays open most of the time to let in a breeze. People from Chintal know we are here and they drop in when they have some free time. We don't do any big sales pitches or anything like that. We just show what we have and let people decide for themselves. Sometimes we sit on the floor to sort through the new arrivals that come in big bundles. It’s a lot of manual work keeping everything neat. The lights inside aren't the brightest, but they work well enough to see the colors. We’ve been in Ganesh Nagar for a while now and we know most of the people who live on this block. It’s a simple shop run by people who just like the work.
