Uttam Power

Uttam Power is based out of Poonam Plaza, specifically at Plot No. 2/GP-99. We are located right behind Bird Valley in the G Block of MIDC, Sambhajinagar, Chinchwad, Pune 411019. Being near Bird Valley is nice because it is a bit of a green spot in an otherwise very industrial area of Chinchwad. Poonam Plaza is where we keep our main office and some of the equipment. It is a sturdy building, and we have been here for a good amount of time. The traffic in Sambhajinagar can be a bit of a headache during the evening rush, so we try to get our deliveries out early. Inside the office, it is mostly just desks, some technical drawings, and a lot of spare parts lying around. We handle a lot of power-related tasks, so there is always a bit of wiring or some battery units sitting in the corner. The G Block is a busy part of the MIDC, and you can always hear the sound of the neighboring shops. It is a very practical environment. We do not have any fancy carpets or expensive furniture. It is all just metal shelves and workbenches. We like being in this part of Pune because everything we need, from hardware to extra help, is just a few blocks away. It is just a regular local business doing its thing behind the park.
