You can find Super Rubber Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. over at No. 41/3-D-2 Block on Telco Road. This is a real industrial area, so it’s all about warehouses and factories around here. Our building is pretty standard for the neighborhood. Inside, the air has that distinct smell of hot rubber that you never really get used to. We have these big machines that press and mold things all day long. It gets quite loud when everything is running at once. We wear heavy boots and overalls because things can get pretty messy on the shop floor. The work is repetitive but it requires a lot of attention to make sure the shapes come out right. We have a small office section in the front, but most of us are usually out in the back where the actual production happens. Telco Road is always busy with big trucks moving goods, and we are just one part of that whole system. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you will see us moving crates or checking the temperatures on the equipment. It’s tough work, especially during the summer months when the heat from the machines adds to the weather outside. We just keep our heads down and get the orders filled. It’s a straightforward business without any frills, just people working with rubber every day.
