Research Associate In Emcure Pharma Private Limited

We’re based out of Flat No. 22 in Wing A-1 over in Keshavnagar. It’s a bit of a different setup since we’re in a residential-style building, but it works for the kind of research associate work we do here. Being in Keshavnagar means it's a bit quieter than the main industrial zones, which is good for focusing. We spend a lot of time looking at data and handling pharmaceutical research details. The space is basically a converted apartment, so it has a bit of a homey feel even though we’re working. There’s a kitchen where we make way too much coffee every day. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know each other well and work together to get through the daily pile of documents and samples. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff delivered, but we’ve learned how to organize everything to make it fit. The neighbors in Wing A-1 are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they need something specific related to Emcure Pharma. It’s steady work, and we like the independence of being in our own little corner of Keshavnagar. We just try to be accurate with our research and keep things moving along without any fuss or unnecessary noise.
