We started at Plot No.29/4/2 in the F2 Block a long time ago. Being in MIDC, Chinchwad means it's always noisy with trucks and people moving things. There are factories all around us. Near Telcomaterial, you can see people coming and going all day long. It's a chemical place, so there's always something happening with barrels or containers in the yard. The weather in this part of Chinchwad gets pretty hot in the summer, and the dust from the industrial area is just part of life here. We aren't some big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the work done. People know where we are because of the landmark. Most days start early before the traffic on the main MIDC roads gets too bad. You see the same faces every morning at the tea stalls nearby. It's just a regular spot in a busy part of town. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the rain makes the roads messy, but that’s just how it goes around here. We’ve been here long enough that the building has some wear and tear, but it works for what we need. It's not about looking pretty; it's about the chemicals and the daily grind of running a business in an industrial zone like this.
