Creative Mech Automation Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the M.I.D.C. Industrial Area in Chinchwad. We are at Unit-1, which is located on Plot No. 20/4 in the D-1 Block. Being in an industrial area means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops, so there is always the sound of machinery and the smell of grease in the air. We work on automation, which is a bit technical, but at the end of the day, it’s just about making things run better. The D-1 Block is a massive place, and it took us a little while to get settled in when we first moved here. Our unit is a practical space designed for work, not for showing off. We have our tools, our benches, and the machines we are working on. Chinchwad is a major hub for this kind of work, so we are right where we need to be. The traffic getting into the MIDC area can be a nightmare in the mornings, but we try to get an early start to avoid the worst of it. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or corporate talk. We just focus on the projects in front of us. Some days we are here late into the night when a job is particularly difficult. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. The people who work here have been with us for a while, and we all just get on with things. It is a focused environment here.
