Architect Prashant Sadanand

I am Architect Prashant Sadanand and my office is based in Building No. 12 at Raj Park, Phase-Ii. It is located in the Chinchwad Gaon area. I have been working out of this particular spot for quite a long time now. It is a relatively quiet building, which is helpful because I need to stay focused when I am doing drawings or checking on technical details. Chinchwad Gaon is a nice neighborhood, and Raj Park is easy enough for my clients to find when they need to visit. Most of my day is spent either at my drafting desk or out visiting various construction sites to make sure everything is being built according to the plans I made. I do not have a big team of people working for me; it is mostly just me handling the projects. I don't use marketing talk or fancy words to describe what I do. People come to see me when they want to build a new house or renovate an old one, and I just tell them what can be done and what cannot. My office is usually full of rolls of blueprints and technical manuals. It might look a little bit cluttered to a stranger, but I know where everything is kept. Building No. 12 is my main base of operations. I like being in Chinchwad because it has such a mix of different buildings. Most of my work comes from local people who have heard about me.
