You’ll find us at Door No-80/8 in Tilak Wadi. We are right opposite Kavale Math, which is a very well-known spot in Somvaar Pet. The area around here is quite old and has a lot of character. Our office is a simple setup, nothing too modern or flashy. We have a few old wooden desks and some chairs that have seen better days. It’s a comfortable place to work though. We spend most of our time dealing with developers and looking at new projects coming up in this part of town. Tilak Wadi is a nice place to be based because it’s central but doesn’t feel as crazy as some other parts of the city. We start our day early, usually before the traffic gets too bad. Most of our work involves meeting with people who want to build or buy in the Somvaar Pet area. We go through a lot of documents and spend hours on the phone. Sometimes we walk over to the Math if we need a break or just to stretch our legs. It’s a quiet life in some ways, but there’s always a new project to look at or a problem to solve with some construction site. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of our neighbors by name. It’s a very local way of doing business and we wouldn't have it any other way. The morning sun hits the office just right, which is always a good way to start things off.
