People around Uppali know us as the coffee place near Banuprakash School. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, right on Veerbadreshwara, number 151. It’s mostly just us working with beans every day. Mallandur Road gets busy, but we stay focused on what needs doing in the shop. We started Kaapified Specialty Coffee Llp because we like the stuff and wanted to do something local. It isn't a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a building where we spend our mornings and afternoons. We handle everything ourselves, from the heavy bags to the final bags people take home. Sometimes the machines act up or the weather makes things difficult, but that is just part of the job. You will find us here most days. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big marketing team writing things for us. It’s just us. The school nearby lets out and things get noisy, but we like the energy. We try to keep things simple. If you are walking down Mallandur Road, you can't really miss the place. We just focus on the coffee and making sure things are done right. No big speeches or fancy promises. Just work. We've lived in this area for a long time, so it felt natural to set up right here in Uppali. It’s home. We just keep our heads down and get on with the daily tasks. It isn't always perfect but it is honest.
