Our office for TECHNOQ CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is on the 2nd Floor of the Doddamane Complex. We are situated right near the KSRTC Bus Stand in Tarikere. It is a very convenient spot because of the buses, though it can get quite loud with all the engines and people moving around. Being in Tarikere, we are a bit away from the main city buzz of Bangalore, which we actually prefer. We do a lot of local construction work in this area. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of paper. We are usually busy with one project or another, so there is always someone coming in or out. It is a small team here. We do not really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on getting the building work done. Most of our days are spent at sites or talking to suppliers about cement and steel prices, which seem to go up every month. It is a practical business. We have been in the Doddamane Complex for a while now, and most people in Tarikere know where that is. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of our deadlines. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we run into delays, but we always try to be honest about what is happening with the work. We just do our best to finish the projects we started. It’s just how we run things here.
