National Supermarket

National Supermarket is situated over here in Thirthahalli, specifically near the Yadur Post area. We’ve got the address 4-98/5, though most folks just know us as the big shop down the lane. We call it a supermarket, but it’s really just a larger version of a local store where people can walk around and pick things out themselves. We have snacks, grains, cleaning supplies, and some basic hardware items too. It’s a quiet area mostly, except for when the post office gets busy. I spend a lot of time checking the expiry dates and making sure everything is in the right place. Sometimes the cows from the nearby field wander close to the entrance, and we have to shoo them away. It’s just part of being in this part of Thirthahalli. The lighting isn't the best in the back corners, but we know where everything is. We don't have a lot of staff, maybe just one or two of us at a time. We keep the prices where they need to be because we know everyone in the village. It’s a lot of work keeping the shelves full, especially when the weather makes the roads difficult for the supply trucks. But we’ve been here for a while now, and we’re used to the ups and downs of running a business in a place like this. We just keep the doors open and do our best for the people living nearby in the Yadur Post area.
