Sanjeevini Clinic

Our clinic is located out on Yelahanka Main Road in the Kannur area. If you’ve ever driven down that road, you know how much traffic there is. It can be quite a struggle to cross the street sometimes with all the trucks and buses going by. We are right there in the middle of it. Sanjeevini Clinic isn't a huge place. It’s just a few rooms where we help people out. Being on the main road means we get a lot of people stopping in who are just passing through Kannur. The air gets a bit dusty from all the construction and the vehicles, but we try to keep the inside clean. We have some basic furniture and a place for people to sit while they wait. It’s usually a mix of locals from the Kannur village area and people from the newer apartment blocks nearby. The staff here is used to the noise of the horns outside. It’s just part of the day. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything. We just open up in the morning and see who needs help. Sometimes we stay a bit late if someone comes in right at closing time. It’s a busy spot but we like being here. The tea shop next door is always full of people talking. That’s just how life is on Yelahanka Main Road. We’ve been part of this landscape for a while now and we know the rhythms of the street.
