Our office is down on the ground floor of No. 101 in Bhaktharalli Village. It’s out in Shidalghatta Taluk, part of the Chikaballapur area. Being away from the main city buzz has its own rhythm. We are developers, but we don't spend our time in high-rise offices. We’re usually out in the village or looking at plots of land around Kolar. The work involves a lot of walking around and checking boundaries. It’s a bit quieter here than in Bangalore, but there’s still plenty to do. We handle the development of land, making sure everything is ready for whatever comes next. It’s a small operation, and most of us grew up around this part of the country. We don't have a fancy website or a big PR team. We just have a small office where the fan usually squeaks and the files are stacked high. We talk to the local farmers and the people in the village every day. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We deal with the dirt and the stones and the local regulations without making a big fuss about it. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. We’re just local folks doing development work in our own corner of Karnataka, keeping things simple and honest as we go. It’s not about being fancy, it’s about getting the land ready for someone to build on one day. We just do our part.
