Our office is a bit different because it is located at a farm house in Hunegal Chickballapur. To find us, you have to look for Vinay Shankar's place. It belongs to him and his father, Gowri Shankar. Being out here away from the city is a nice change of pace. We are surrounded by open land and a lot of greenery. It is much quieter than being in the middle of Bangalore or Hyderabad. We have a simple setup inside the house where we manage our infrastructure projects. The air is cleaner out here, and you can hear the birds instead of traffic. We spend our days coordinating things over the phone and looking at site plans. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but we don't mind the travel. The farm house is a sturdy building that has been in the family for a long time. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby or any shiny signs. It is just a kitchen, a few rooms for work, and a lot of space outside. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. We like the independence of working from a spot like this. It is a very honest way to run a business. We don't put on any acts. We just do our work and enjoy the quiet surroundings of Chickballapur. It might be out of the way, but it is where we do our best thinking.
