We share the space between the infrastructure side of things and whatever media work pops up. It makes for a strange mix of people in the office. One day we are talking about construction materials and the next it might be something totally different. The building itself has seen better days, and the paint is peeling a bit near the bottom of the walls. We have a small parking area that gets muddy whenever it rains, which is a real pain for everyone’s shoes. Inside, the fans hum constantly to keep the air moving. We aren't big on meetings or anything like that. We usually just talk across the room if something needs to be settled. Working in Chikhli means we are a bit far out, but we like the pace here. It’s not as rushed as the city center. Most of our day is spent dealing with contractors or checking on schedules. We try to keep the paperwork in order, but there’s always a stray folder somewhere. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to finish their shift and go home to their families at night.
