Being in a shopping center means we have a lot of neighbors and it feels like a little community. We supply various items that people in the area need for their daily work. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot of stuff into the shelves. Most of our days are spent talking to customers who come in after getting off the bus or those who live right here in Chikhli. It gets quite loud with the buses pulling in and out, but we like the energy of the place. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that; people usually just hear about us from their friends or family. We try to keep things organized, but in a small shop, things tend to pile up quickly. My family helps out sometimes when it gets really busy during the festival seasons. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we enjoy seeing the familiar faces that come back to us week after week.
