We started Inglepatil Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited because we wanted to do something together as farmers. Our office is just at Suresh Ankushrao Ingle’s place in Chadhai, Tq Chikhli. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we meet up and talk about the crops and what needs to happen next. Chikhli is a quiet place most of the time, and we like it that way. Being a farmer producer company means we are always busy with the practical side of things. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. It’s mostly just us sitting around and figuring out how to get things done. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve been at this for a while now. The address is C/O Suresh Ankushrao Ingleat Chadhai. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork if we can help it. There is always something to do outside. Whether it’s checking on the fields or talking to the other guys in the group, the days go by fast. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the work gets done right. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part here.
