Operating out of Plot No. P-9 on Jalna Road has been our daily routine for a long time. This part of the Midc Area in Chikhali is always humming with some kind of activity. It’s dusty and there’s always a lot of trucks moving around, but it’s where we belong. We handle a lot of the local vehicle needs for the folks around Buldana district. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning and coffee machines. We just have the tools we need and a place for people to park their cars while we take a look. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone is trying to get their transport sorted before work. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It feels good to be part of the industrial zone. Some people think it’s a bit out of the way, but once you’re on Jalna Road, it’s easy enough to spot us. We spend most of our time with grease on our shirts and a wrench in hand. It’s a lot of manual labor but we don’t mind it. We just open the shutters, check what came in overnight, and get to it. There’s no big management team here, just us making sure the vehicles stay on the road so people can get where they need to go. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the water is slow, but that’s just life in the Midc area. We don't complain much because there's always work to be done.
