Sangeetha Hospital

Sangeetha Hospital sits right on Palakkad Main Road in Kuniamuthur. If you know the area, it is building 402-h. It is a busy spot with lots of vehicles passing by all day long. Sometimes the noise from the road gets inside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We started this place because people in Kuniamuthur needed somewhere close to go when they were not feeling well. Most of us living and working here are locals from the neighborhood. Every morning, we open up the doors and sweep the front area. There is a tea stall just a few doors down where we usually get our morning chai. The waiting area has some old plastic chairs and a few wooden benches that have been there since we opened. We do not have fancy decorations on the walls, just some health posters and a clock that ticks a bit too loud. It is a plain building, nothing flashy. We spend our days seeing neighbors and people who travel in from the nearby villages. Usually, it is busy in the mornings and then things quiet down a bit in the afternoon when the sun is high. We keep our records in big paper files and try to keep things organized on our desks. It can get a bit crowded on Mondays, but that is just how it goes. People know us by name here, and we know most of them too. That is just how things are at Sangeetha Hospital.
