Our address is 56A Palakkad Main Road, right here in Kuniamuthur. It’s the same spot many people have known for a long time. The building sits right on the edge of the road, so parking can sometimes be a bit of a squeeze if it’s a busy hour. We have a modest setup inside with the basic medical rooms and a small area for people to wait their turn. The windows face the street, so you can see the world going by while you're working. It’s a local hospital, and we don't try to be anything else. We have a routine of checking the inventory and making sure the rooms are tidy for the patients. The walls are painted a light color to keep it feeling open. We have a few fans that hum all day long to keep the air moving. Most people who come in are from the nearby houses or the shops down the street. We know many of them by their first names. It’s not a silent place; there’s always some noise from the street or people talking in the hallway. We use simple ledgers for our records and keep the paperwork on a shelf behind the main desk. It’s a very grounded, everyday kind of place where we just focus on the daily work that needs to be done. We take things as they come and try to stay organized through the busy times.
