Ij Hospital

We sit over at No. 18-B in Lakshmi Nagar. It is right by the Edayarpalayam Pirivu in Kuniamuthur. If you are familiar with the area, you know that junction can get pretty busy with all the scooters and cars. Our place is easy to spot once you get to Lakshmi Nagar. It is a straightforward building. We do not have a big glass front or a fancy lobby. Just a regular entrance and a reception desk that has been there since we opened. Working in Kuniamuthur means we see a lot of local faces. We recognize the people who walk past every morning. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we do not have long commutes. We spend our time managing the wards and keeping up with the daily paperwork. It is not a corporate environment. We talk to each other like neighbors. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch over to the generator, which makes a bit of noise. But that is just part of life here. We keep the place running as best we can. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the job. The Kuniamuthur area is growing fast, but we are still in the same spot. It is a practical hospital for the community. We like the rhythm of the neighborhood. The trees nearby give some shade in the afternoons.
