Sanbo Chhota Udepur Spnf Producer Company Limited started because there are a lot of farmers around who needed a way to organize things. It isn't a fancy business with a glass front. It’s a practical space. We spend our time between the office and the fields. Sankheda is known for a few things, but for us, it’s just home. We know most of the people who walk through our door. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with natural farming. It’s not always easy. Sometimes the logistics of getting things from the farm to wherever they need to go is a real headache. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day I might be writing down accounts, and the next day I’m helping load a cart. We like it that way, though.
