Cas Chem Engineers

Our work happens at Plot No. 933 and 934. It is a combined space that gives us enough room for the engineering setups we use for the chemical side of things. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. It is just a small team of us who know the technical details of the job. Most days involve looking at gauges and checking the pipes to make sure the flow is right. The floor is usually a bit stained from years of work, but we keep the equipment itself in good shape. We have a lot of tools scattered around the benches because we are always fixing or adjusting something. It’s a quiet spot compared to some of the bigger factories nearby. We take our time with the tasks because you can’t really rush this kind of engineering work. There’s a small office area where we keep the manuals and the technical drawings we need to refer to. We usually have a pot of coffee going in the back. People who come to see us usually find us in our lab coats or work shirts, probably with some dirt on our hands. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to solve the technical problems that come our way. It is practical work that requires a lot of focus every single day. We don't have any marketing people here, just engineers trying to get the math right for each client's specific needs.
