Cafe Coffee Day

Our spot is at 102/2 Dhaval Park on Kanjari Road in Halol. If you know the area, you know it gets quite dusty with all the trucks moving through. We open up early to get the coffee machines warmed up. The smell of the beans is usually the first thing we notice when we walk in. It’s a decent-sized place with tables that we wipe down a hundred times a day. People from the nearby factories or offices stop by when they need a break from the heat. We serve a lot of lattes and those cold coffee drinks that everyone seems to like. Sometimes the milk delivery is late and we have to wait around, but usually, it’s a smooth routine. The staff here are just local folks who know how to work the espresso handles. We have some regulars who come in every afternoon and sit in the same corner. The Kanjari Road traffic can be loud, but inside it’s a bit quieter. We spend our time restocking the sugar packets and making sure the fridge is full of snacks. It isn't a glamorous job, just making drinks and keeping the place tidy for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the music we play is a bit loud, but nobody seems to mind. Halol is a working town, and we are just another part of the day for the people living here.
