Shubh Shree Plastic

Our shop, Shubh Shree Plastic, is tucked away in Ward Number 21. We are in the Chota Bazar area, right near Royal Chowk. If you go behind the Ram Mandir, you’ll find us easily. It’s a very traditional part of the town. There are always people going to the temple, so the streets are usually full of life. We have a lot of different plastic items stacked up inside the shop. It can look a bit messy sometimes, but we know where every single item is kept. The shop has been in our family for a bit now. It’s not a fancy place at all. We have old counters and simple lighting. We don't use a lot of technology for our daily work. Most things are written down in our old ledgers. It’s a busy neighborhood and we like the energy of it. Sometimes the cows wander through the chowk and slow things down, but that’s just life here. We don't try to be something we’re not. We are just a local shop providing things people need for their homes. We talk to our customers about their families while we work. It’s a real community thing. Chota Bazar is a tight-knit place and we’re glad to have our spot here behind the temple. We open the shutters early and stay until the evening prayers. It’s a steady way to live.
