Pawarkheda is one of those places where everyone knows everyone, especially if you’re involved in farming or the local market. It’s not like being in a big city with street names and numbers on every single corner. We just do our work from here. The agrotech side of things keeps us busy because there’s always something needing to be sorted out with the crops or the machinery. It’s a dusty job sometimes, but someone has to do it. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a regular building where we sit down and figure out the orders and talk to the guys coming in from the fields. Most people just stop by when they’re passing through the area. We like it that way. It’s more about the handshake and the word of mouth than anything you’d see in a magazine. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we plan to stay. The work is honest and it keeps us connected to the land around Pawarkheda. It can get quiet during the off-season, but when harvest time comes, it’s all hands on deck. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done for the local growers without making a big deal of it.
