Our office for PANDIAN INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is located at House No. 586 in Ward No. 39, over in Kabra Colony. We’re right off Nagpur Road in Chhindwara, so it’s a pretty easy place to get to if you’re driving through. Santosh Nagle is a name you might hear around the office quite a bit. It’s a busy road, and we get a lot of trucks and cars passing by all day long. We’ve been operating in this part of Madhya Pradesh for a while, focusing on the infra projects that keep the region moving. We aren’t really interested in being a big corporate entity with a bunch of rules that don't make sense. We prefer to keep things simple and direct. If there’s a problem, we talk about it and find a way to fix it. Our space in Kabra Colony is functional, mostly filled with tools, blueprints, and the smell of fresh coffee in the morning. Chhindwara is a good place to work, even if the rain sometimes slows things down during the monsoon season. We just work around the weather and keep going. It’s about being reliable and doing what we said we’d do. We don't spend a lot on advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us around here. People know where to find us if they need something built or managed, and that's exactly how we like it. It’s a bit noisy with the road nearby but we don’t mind.
