N.R. Engineers

Our place is out at Survey No. 77/5, House No. 233/2. We are situated right near the V.M. Industrial Estate in Seoni. Being N.R. Engineers means we spend a lot of time around heavy machinery and industrial tools. The area is mostly other workshops and factories, so there is always the sound of metal or engines running nearby. Our building is simple and sturdy, made to handle the kind of engineering work we do every day. We don't have much in the way of a fancy office, just a small space with a desk for the books and a lot of floor space for the equipment. It’s often a bit greasy and loud, but that’s the nature of the job. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands for years and know exactly what they are doing. We get a lot of dust from the estate roads, and we’re constantly cleaning off the workbenches. It isn't the kind of place where you wear a suit. We wear heavy boots and work clothes that can get dirty. We know the other shop owners around the industrial estate, and we often borrow tools or help each other out when something breaks down. It's a tight-knit spot. We don't spend time on big speeches or marketing. We just look at what needs fixing or building and we get to it. That is how we have always operated.
