Zamzam Tour & Travels

You’ll find Zamzam Tour & Travels at Shop No. 20 on the first floor. We are right in the New Bus Stand Complex, directly in front of the Dcot. Being at the bus stand means it is always noisy and crowded. There are people rushing everywhere with bags, and buses are constantly pulling in and out. Our shop is a bit small, but it’s in a perfect spot for travelers. We have some posters on the walls showing different places, and a couple of desks where we sit and talk to customers. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and trying to find the routes for people. It’s a lot of checking different transport options and booking tickets. Sometimes the office gets really full when a large group comes in. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a few fans that spin all day long. It can be quite loud with the bus horns outside, so we have to speak up a bit. We’ve been here for a while, and we know most of the drivers and other shop owners in the complex. It’s a busy way to make a living, but we enjoy talking to people who are going on trips. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork done correctly so people don't have trouble on their journeys. It’s a straightforward business in a very busy part of town.
