M/S Larsen & Toubro Ltd

Our office is situated near Omsai College on Chhindwara Road in Sausar, Madhya Pradesh. It’s a convenient spot for M/S Larsen & Toubro Ltd to have a base in this region. Being near the college means there are always students and people moving about on the main road. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few rooms where we keep our supplies and do our daily work. It’s not a big corporate building, just a functional space near the road. We get a lot of dust from the traffic on Chhindwara Road, so we are always wiping down our desks. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty quiet though. We have our computers set up and we spend most of the day coordinating various local tasks. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so we usually just bring our lunch from home or grab something quick from a nearby stall. The people here are straightforward and don't care much for corporate polish. We just focus on the projects at hand. Sometimes the phone lines act up, or we have a bit of trouble with the local utilities, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a real, working office where people put in their hours and try to do a decent job. We like being part of the Sausar community and keeping things simple.
