We are located at Plot No. 2 in Dhana Market, right along the main Jabalpur Road. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic passing by all the time. Working with minerals means there is always a lot of loading and unloading going on at our site. The dust from the road mixes with the dust from our materials, so it’s a bit of a messy environment. We have been here for a good while, watching the market grow around us. We don't have any glossy brochures; we just talk to the drivers and the buyers face-to-face. Most of our day is spent checking the weight of the bags and making sure the trucks are packed right. It gets pretty loud with the engines idling out front, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a small room where we keep the accounts and take a break for lunch. It’s a simple setup. My brother and I run things mostly, along with a few helpers who have been with us for years. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide the minerals people ask for. If the weather is bad, things slow down, but otherwise, we’re here from early morning until the sun goes down. It’s just how life is on Jabalpur Road.
