Goodluck Bricks Industries

We are located in Ward No-4 in the Mother area. If you can find where the Sanchi Milk Dairy is, then we are right nearby. Goodluck Bricks Industries is a place where there is almost always some smoke in the air and a lot of red dust on everything. We make bricks, so the whole process is pretty messy and involves a lot of mud. We spend our days out in the yard dealing with the raw clay and the kilns. It is a lot of manual labor, and we have a crew of workers who have been doing this for a long time. The smell from the dairy sometimes drifts over depending on the wind. We have to start our work very early in the morning before it gets too hot to be near the brick fires. It is definitely not a clean job. Our clothes are always stained with that bright orange brick color. We do not have a website or anything fancy like that, we just rely on people coming by the yard. There are piles of finished bricks everywhere, just waiting for the tractors to come and load them up. Sometimes the weather is bad and we have to stop everything, which can be frustrating. But we have learned to deal with that over the years. We are just local people making things that everyone needs for their walls and houses. It is an honest living. We have our tea in the shade when we can.
