Ambulance - lions Ambulance Seva

Our ambulance is based right at the Lions Eye Hospital. We work under the Lions Ambulance Seva name. It’s a simple setup. We use the hospital grounds as our main spot. Whenever someone needs a transfer or there’s an emergency, we head out from here. The road outside can get a bit congested, but we know the shortcuts. We aren't a huge fleet of vehicles. It’s just a dedicated service for the people around here. The Lions group has been involved in the community for a long time, and the ambulance is just another part of that. We keep the vehicle in good shape. It’s mostly about being there when the phone rings. We don't have a big corporate office with receptionists. Usually, it's just the driver and the attendant ready to go. The hospital provides a good base for us. We see a lot of patients coming in for eye surgery, and sometimes they need a ride home or to another facility. That is where we come in. We don't make a big deal out of it. It’s just Seva, or service, like the name says. We are just over by the hospital if anyone needs us. We keep it humble and just focus on the driving and the patients. We make sure the stretchers are comfortable and the interiors are clean. People appreciate that when they are having a tough day. We don't do any big promotions. We just stay calm.
