If you ever find yourself over in Partala Raghuwarpuram, you’ll find us at Shop No. 4. We’ve been operating Aadilaxmi Foods Private Limited from this spot in Kundalikala for a while now. Chhindwara is where we all live and work, so it made sense to set up shop right here. It’s not the biggest shop in the block, but it’s enough for what we need. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready for the day ahead. The 480001 area is pretty active, so there is always something going on outside our door. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello while they’re out running their own errands. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just focus on the food and making sure things are handled properly. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, especially when the weather gets hot. We’ve got a small team here and we all know each other pretty well. It feels more like a small family than a big company most of the time. There isn't any fancy decor or expensive furniture in our office. We just have what we need to get the job done. Running a business in Chhindwara has its ups and downs, but we’ve stuck with it. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized. That’s basically our life at Shop No. 4.
