Aadersh Spices

Aadersh Spices is based in Diwanjipura, right near the Akbari Masjid. We are on Marjhor Road in the Chhindwara area. It is close to the Post Office and the Tehsil office, so people are always passing by for errands. We operate out of a small space here. It is mostly just us handling the spices. We get the raw stuff in and then we have to process it. The smell is very strong, especially when we are working with the hotter peppers. It gets in your eyes if you are not careful. We have lived in Chhindwara for a long time, so we know most of the people around Marjhor Road. Diwanjipura is a busy part of town, especially on market days. We do not have a website or do any big advertising. Word gets around when people need things. We just sit here and wait for the regulars or the occasional traveler. The building is old and the walls could use a new coat of paint. We have a few old wooden tables where we do the sorting. It is a slow process but we do not like to rush. Aadersh Spices is just a small local operation. We keep track of everything by hand. Sometimes it is hard to find help, so we just do it ourselves. It is a simple way to spend the day. Near the masjid, it gets quiet during prayer times, which is a nice break. We share tea with the neighbors when it is slow.
