We are set up here on Matiya Road in Dogargoan. It's a busy spot in Rajnandgoan district and we’ve been working out of this Chhattisgarh office for a while now. Most people around here know where we are because of the trucks and the gear. It isn't a fancy office, just a practical place where we keep the records and meet up before heading out to the sites. We handle a lot of the local infrastructure tasks that keep things moving. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the traffic coming through, but that's just how it is when you're working in construction and roads. The team here is mostly local folks who understand the terrain and the weather around these parts. We don’t really go in for big speeches or fancy logos on everything. We just show up, look at the plans, and get the machines running. There is always something to fix or build in this part of Chhattisgarh. People stop by sometimes to ask about the progress on the local routes, and we just tell them what we know. It’s honest work. The building itself is pretty plain, sitting right on the road. We’ve got a small crew inside handling the paperwork side of things, making sure the permits and the schedules stay on track. It gets loud during the day, but that's the sound of work happening. We like being part of the Rajnandgoan landscape.
