Out here at Krshn Vatika in Raigarh, we spend most of our time dealing with the heavy stuff. Making trailers and bodies for vehicles is a loud and messy business. It’s not like an office job where you sit in a chair all day. There is always the sound of welding and metal being moved around. The air smells like iron and paint most of the time. We are right here in Chhattisgarh, and the heat in the workshop can get pretty intense during the summer. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just some big fans that mostly move the warm air around. People come to us when they need something built solid. We don’t spend money on shiny brochures or big ads. The work speaks for itself when someone sees one of our trailers on the road. It’s a practical place with grease on the floor and tools everywhere. We know our way around a chassis. Raigarh is a good place for this kind of work because there are so many mines and factories around. We’ve been at it for a while now. The team here just gets on with it. We have our tea breaks under the shade when we can. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. Just a local shop making things that last for the road. It’s a long day every day.
