Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

Our place is in the village of Shyamsunder in the Burdwan district. It’s a rural setting, which is quite different from our offices in the big cities. We are located right in the village near the post office. Most of the people working here for Simplex Infrastructures Ltd are from the nearby areas. We handle the local construction and infrastructure needs in this part of West Bengal. It’s a modest setup, nothing like what you’d see in a movie. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. Life moves at a bit of a different pace here, but the work is still demanding. We have to deal with the weather and the local terrain, which keeps things interesting. Most mornings start with a walk to the office and a chat with the neighbors. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just talk about what needs to be built and how we are going to do it. The office can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but we don't mind much. It is a very practical place to work. We focus on getting the job done right without a lot of fuss. It’s a community-oriented environment, and we like it that way. No big corporate meetings here, just honest work and local people trying to improve the infrastructure in our corner of Burdwan district.
