Our office is located at Street No.6 A in Maitri Nagar, over in Bhilai. It is a part of Chhattisgarh that stays pretty busy because of all the industrial work. We are tied in with the Monnet Group, focusing on the steel and power side of things for Gharghoda. The office is not very big, just a few rooms where we manage the paperwork and keep track of what is happening at the plant. It is a practical setup. We have some old ceiling fans that make a bit of noise, but they keep the air moving during the hot summer months. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a bit of a routine going. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There is a lot to keep track of when you are dealing with steel and power, so we spend a lot of time looking at ledgers and talking on the phone. The neighborhood is quiet enough, mostly residential around us, which is a nice change from the noise of the industrial areas. We do not use any fancy language or have big meetings about goals. We just show up and make sure the logistics are moving like they should. It is steady work. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the reports, but that is just how it goes. We are just regular people trying to keep things running smooth in the background.
